Realiti kehidupan

Dalam kehidupan..walau apa jua keadaan..kita jangan sekali-kali mengharap...dari segala segi..jgn diharap bantuan orang..jgb diharap kasih sayang orang..jgn diharap belas simpati orang..jgn diharap walau kepada mana manusia sekalipon..kerana..makin tinggi kita mengharap..makin mudahlah kita tertiarap..berdirilah atas kaki sendiri walaupun kita seringkali tersungkur...berharaplah cuma pada DIA yang sentisa bersama kita walaupun disat kita tiada makna dimata manusia lain...

Petikan dari Buku..# 1

Assalamumualaikum...Guten morgen..good morning..selamat pagi.. I would like to start my first entry for the year of 2013 by sharing some knowledge from these two books. Since me myself didn't manage to read both books yet, so i think by writing and sharing in my blog will give me the opportunity to read these books as well :O). I plan to update one info for each day, but since on the 1st January i'm still in JB and i left the books in my office, and yesterday i was so so so busy in office, and i fall asleep after maghrib till 12 in the midnight, so I couldn't make it to update my blog last night. So, here I am, on the 3rd January, trying to fullfill my dream to share as much as I can with everybody who read my blog. I just take the most important point ok my dear friends.
 
365 TIP SIHAT GAYA RASULULLAH
  1. Allah berkata dalam surah Muhammad, ayat 38, "Ingatlah, kamu diseru supaya menderma dan membelanjakan sedikit harta benda di jalan Allah. Tetapi ada antara kamu yang berlaku bakhil. Sesiapa yang berlaku bakhil, sesungguhnya dia hanyalah berlaku bakhil kepada dirinya sendiri. Ingatlah Allah itu Maha Kaya sedangkan kamu semua orang yang miskin. Apabila kamu berpaling daripada beriman, bertakwa dan menderma, dia menggantikan kamu dengan kaum lain yang tidak lagi berkeadaan seperti kamu."
  2.  Marah adalah manifestasi kesedihan dan kesombongan. Perasaan marah menyebabkan tangan menggeletar, wajah memerah dan jantung berdegup kencang. Perasaan marah membebankan otak, pembuluh darah dan jantung.
  3. As-Suyuthi menyatakan penyakit dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa perkara iaitu gangguan udara, salah makan ataupun minum, kekeliruan gerak, rehat yang sedikit ataupun berlebihan, respon emosi yang berlebihan, istirehat emosi yang berlebihan, tidur dan berjaga yang tidak seimbang, adanya cecair yang berlebihan serta gangguan pengeluaran cecair tubuh.
